We had an outstanding experience with New Creations Event Decor from start to finish. From our initial meeting, where the project was described, then the design and some adjustments over the text/phone, and all the way to installation and removal, every step was handled with professionalism and care. Leah’s communication was exceptional, keeping us informed and confident throughout. The installation and removal were seamless, and the quality of materials was impressive (the place was decorated a day in advance, and not a single balloon needed adjustment the next day). The final decorations matched the original design perfectly. Overall, we are extremely pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family.
